I went skiing this past Friday.  I was extremely excited as skiing is a passion of mine and it was the first time this season.  The morning went all right; there was plenty of good snow and the sun actually came out for about 45 minutes.  After lunch I went out and my legs just weren’t working.  I became pretty frustrated, and the harder I tried the harder it became.  I got totally into my head…here it is only 1 o’clock in the afternoon and I couldn’t ski, am I getting too old?  I figured I’d give it one more shot and if I still felt like this I’d leave; it certainly wasn’t any fun and wasn’t worth the risk of getting hurt.  Well somehow I found my legs.  I stopped fighting the mountain and just let the skis take off and went along for the ride.  It was wonderful! Once I gave up some control I was totally in the flow!  I skied for 3 more hours effortlessly!

What a metaphor for life; give up control and go with the flow. What does this have to do with chiropractic? When you’re subluxated your flow is being interrupted. When you’re not flowing inside you’re not going to be flowing outside. Love you all!
